Rida Kadhim, a driver with the 14th Provisional Transport Regiment, a certificate signifying the completion of a three week training course held by Virgil's 14th PTR Military Transition Team. "The training today is very good," said Rida. "We got a lot of information, a lot of experiences. We appreciate the training, the information we got. We thank the instructors for their hospitality and their help."
