A Djiboutian military member holds the keypad to a Manpack wideband tactical radio as a member of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa guides him. The Manpack radio delivers simultaneous transmission of voice and intelligence data to the battlefield. A team from CJTF-HOA's communications directorate spent seven days training the Djiboutian military on how to use their tactical radio communication systems.
