U.S. Marine Corps Major Erika Teichert, from the Naval Post Graduate School, enjoys a laugh with partner military communicators from the Asia-Pacific while setting up a mobile satellite system in Makati City, Manila, Philippines, on Sept. 10, 2015. Sponsored by U.S. Pacific Command and hosted by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Pacific Endeavor is a multinational workshop designed to enhance communication interoperability and expedite Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief response in the Asia-Pacific.
