Residents of the Kitgum area wait to be triaged by U.S. Army Reserve, Ugandan and Tanzanian medical personnel. People walked as far as 14 miles one way in order to receive medical treatment provided as part of U.S. Army Africa's Natural Fire exercise, a partnership between the United States, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi.
