Austin Fleming, repair officer for the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85), explains flight deck operations to members of the Republic of Korea military during a ship tour. McCampbell is currently moored pier-side at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
