Airman 1st Class John Reddick, an F-16 mechanic with the 180th Fighter Wing, Ohio Air National Guard, conducts a post-flight inspection of the landing gear following a training sortie at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., Sept. 16. About 120 Airmen from the 180th FW traveled to Tyndall to participate in the Combat Archer exercise, a weapons system evaluation program designed to test the effectiveness of our Airmen and air-to-air weapon system capability of our F-16s and other combat aircraft. Training allows our pilots to provide a vital link for the defense of our country through our Aerospace Control Alert mission.
