Petty Officer 2nd Class Steven Webber and Petty Officer 1st Class Aaron Villa, both assigned to Landing Craft Unit, eat breakfast before picking up Marines from the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit to transport them to the amphibious assault ship USS Nassau (LHA 4). LCU 1645, assigned to Assault Craft Unit 4, and the 24th MEU are embarking aboard Nassau for a Composite Unit Training Exercise. COMPTUEX is a routine training exercise conducted by U.S. 2nd Fleet off the East Coast from Virginia to Florida.
