Col. Jim Pasquarette, 4th Infantry Division deputy commanding general-support presents Dave Roever, minister and public speaker with an "Ivy Division" belt buckle before the close of the National Disability Employment Awareness Month observance. The Fort Carson Equal Opportunity Team sponsored the engagement which was held at the Elkhorn Conference Center Oct. 19. Sgt. 1st Class Bill Shipman, Equal Opportunity Advisor, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 10th Special Forces Group, said the goal of the event was to keep wounded warriors inside the force.
