150924-N-DH124-198 FORT HUNTER LIGGETT (Sept. 24, 2015) – Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 assist one another to attain Mission-Oriented Protective Posture (MOPP) Level 4 during a simulated Chemical, Biological and Radiological (CBR) drill in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., during the 2015 Field Training Exercise (FTX), Sept. 24. FTX is designed to exercise all aspects of the battalion’s defensive and operational capabilities from manning a fighting position on the company lines, to reacting to chemical warfare threats and improvised explosive devices.
