150924-N-DH124-030 Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, load supplies in a tricon box to be transferred from the Logistics Staging Area to the Forward Operating Base in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., during the 2015 Field Training Exercise (FTX), Sept. 24.
