A U.S. Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter (tail number 6004) hovers over open ocean while conducting a hoist operation, lowering a rescue swimmer on a cable. Below, a U.S. Coast Guard response boat named 'Rockland' is positioned on the water with multiple crew members in red survival suits visible on deck. This appears to be either a search and rescue operation or a training exercise.
