Rear Adm. Sinclair Harris gives his remarks during an assumption of command ceremony for the newly-established Expeditionary Strike Group 5, held today aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Benfold. The strike group will serve as Commander, Task Force 51 in support of U.S. 5th Fleet and is responsible for all amphibious forces deployed to the region.
