New Jersey Army and Air National Guard Soldiers and Airmen of the 21st Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team, New Jersey National Guard, provides support to civilian authorities during a multi-agency exercise at Cherry Hill High School East, Cherry Hill, N.J., July 18, 2006. Students participated in the exercise posing as casualties. The CST must be able to identify threats, perform decontamination processes and working with civilian authorities in a real world environment to ensure that the unit is ready in event of a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threat.
