U.S. Army Reserve Col. Vincent Valinotti, commander of the 345th Combat Support Hospital out of Jacksonville, Fla., and currently assigned to Multinational Battle Group-East, leads a tour of Camp Bondsteel’s facilities as part of a conference for a multinational group of medical professionals from across NATO’s Kosovo Force, held Sept. 18, 2015, on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The conference was held to discuss best practices among the medical community in Kosovo, who support multinational forces assigned to the KFOR peacekeeping mission under NATO authority.
