151016-N-ZY039-067 U.S. 7TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Oct. 16, 2015) – The aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), Indian naval ships Shivalik (F 47), Ranvijay (D 55), Betwa (F 39), Shakti (A 57) and the Littoral Combat ship USS Fort Worth (LCS 3) sail alongside the guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) during a divisional tactics exercise as a part of the joint Exercise Malabar 2015. Malabar is a continuing series of complex, high-end warfighting exercises conducted to advance multi-national maritime relationships and mutual security.
