Courageous Pilots!
The Far East Command is fully prepared to aid all the pilots who wish to liberate themselves from the vicious whip of the Communist regime controlling the people of North Korea, and who want to lead a better, honorable life.
Friends! General Mark W. Clark, Commander-in-Chief, Far East, guarantees you refuge, safety, human rights and protection. If you so desire, he shall make certain that your name will be kept secret. Also, any pilot who delivers a modern, operational, combat-type jet aircraft in flyable condition to the UN Forces will be rewarded 50,000 US dollars. The first pilot who delivers such a jet aircraft to the UN sector will be rewarded an additional 50,000 US dollars.
The instructions for the method of flying toward the free world are contained in a letter written on the back of this hand bill.
