The stress shoot was part of the 1st Armored Division Individual Best Ranger Competition held here Oct. 27-29 to determine a primary and alternate Ranger Buddy team to represent Fort Bliss at the 2016 David E. Grange Best Ranger Competition at Fort Benning, Ga.
