Soldiers with the People’s Republic of China People’s Liberation Army get some hands-on learning on the use of decontamination equipment used by the U.S. forces during emergency and disaster relief efforts as part of the Disaster Management Exchange held at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Nov. 20, 2015. The DME is an opportunity to share humanitarian aid and disaster relief lessons learned from real-world events and hopes to improve U.S. and Chinese dialog for HA/DR events in the future.
