Command Sgt. Maj. Ramon Fisher, the outgoing command sergeant major for 326th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, passed the guidon to Lt. Col. Phillip Borders, outgoing commander, during their change of command and responsibility ceremony Feb. 5, 2015. Borders then passed the guidon to Lt. Col.
