Sgt. 1st Class Catherine Reese, an Intelligence Analyst for the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) and an elf for the 18th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop packs a box truck full of donated toys for children in need. Soldiers donated the toys on Dec. 3, 2015 and participated in combined airborne operations and collective training with seven partner-nations.
