Capt. Charlie South and Capt. Maribel Lara, 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron medical nurses, review the C-5 litter configurations during a pre-flight briefing Oct. 7, 2015, at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. The 433rd AES training mission was the third training flight in a series of five training evolutions. The primary objective of the flight is to establish aeromedical readiness for the C-5 and identify aeromedical evacuation crew member requirements.
