Third Army Master Sgt. Brian E. Blond, plans and operations section sergeant major, native of Elizabeth, Ky., briefs Third Army Soldiers, Dec. 16, during an inspection of equipment recently returned from Operation Bright Star, a Theater Security Cooperation training exercise held in Egypt earlier this year. This equipment will be reconstituted for future operations in support of the buildup in Afghanistan.
