U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific

U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Arnold Stocker and an Army medic assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines prepare medical supplies for a Medical Civic Action Project. The MEDCAP brought together people from the Armed Forces of the Philippines, JSOTF-P members and volunteers from the local community. More than 200 patients received a variety of medical services, including tooth extractions, check ups, toiletries, and free prescriptions.
