The adjutant generals of the Utah, Texas, Puerto Rico and Alabama National Guard, along with general officers from the U.S. Army Reserve, took part in a four-day conference to better see how their Soldiers and Airmen support U.S. Army Central’s mission in Southwest Asia, Dec. 10-13. The Total Force concept was a major topic of discussion and focuses on the partnership between the active duty, National Guard and Reserve components as they work hand-in-hand to ensure the security and safety of people around the world and build enduring partnerships.
