A subcontractor installs tile flooring at the Beale Air Force Base medical clinic recently. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is overseeing the renovation of more than 17,000 square-feet of the clinic, the second of a three-phase, $17.7 million project aimed at expanding and modernizing the clinic. Once completed, the newly-renovated section will house the optometry, flight medicine and mental health departments.
