The 138th Quartermaster Support Company, who falls under the 751st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 96th Sustainment Brigade, 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), received its second safety streamer during their support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. The 751st Command Sergeant Major, Command Sgt. Maj. Chet Welch, from Eastover, S.C., attaches the streamer with the help of 751st CSSB Safety Officer, Chief Warrant Officer 2 John Daoust, from Simpsonville, S.C. Accepting the award is Company non-commissioned officer in charge, Master Sgt. Randall Knox, a Center Point, Ind., native and the first sergeant for the 138th QM Co., 1st Sgt. William Stough, from Brazil, Ind.
