HAMPTON, Va. (Jan. 21, 2016) -- Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) Command Master Chief Donnie Novak gives last-minute encouragement to first class petty officers before they begin the 2016 Navy-wide chief petty officer advancement exam. The exam took place at Joint Base Langley-Eustis and the chief board eligible list will be released in late March or April.
