Matthew Ovios prepare to cut the ribbon on a fiber-optic cable extension at CFA Sasebo's Tategami Pier, Jan. 27, 2016. The ceremony was held for the completion of a fiber-optic cable extension that would allow Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force vessels to participate in U.S. Fleet Synthetic Training.
