    Sgt. 1st Class Erric Allen, a Ranger qualified non-commissioned officer with Company C, 1st Squadron, 75th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, (Air Assault) covers the eyes of a Soldier on a diving board about to blindly jump into the water during the combat water survival and confidence assessment portion of the Strike Ranger Assessment Program while at Gardner Indoor Pool, Dec. 3. The brigade's program is a weeklong process done every month to select which Soldiers will represent the Strike Brigade at the extremely difficult U.S. Army Ranger School.
