Jaime Guarino, operations sergeant major, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, (Air Assault) evaluates a Soldier's performance during the combat water survival and confidence assessment portion of the Strike Ranger Assessment Program while at Gardner Indoor Pool, Dec. 3.
