Spc. Jose Allen and Sgt. 1st Class Kelvin Bailey, both members of the 640th Quartermaster Company, deliver ice and food to local communities surrounding water supply points for two large coalition camps in southern Iraq. The 640th, a National Guard unit from St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Island, is serving a year long tour out of Camp Cedar II.
