160212-N-DH035-001 WASHINGTON (Feb.11, 2016) Cmdr. Pete Crist, one of several Navy Reservists assigned to Naval Reserve unit, Navy Installations Command (NIC) headquarters supporting exercise Solid Curtain/Citadel Shield 2016, briefs the NIC Crisis Action Team in the NIC Shore Enterprise Operations Center. Crist was among four other reserve officers who augmented the watch during the exercise. NIC is comprised of approximately 52,000 military and civilian personnel worldwide responsible for the operations, maintenance and quality of life programs to support the Navy's fleet, Sailors and their families.
