Spc. Hepp, a combat medic with 1st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, demonstrates a head-tilt chin lift to combat lifesavers personnel during a mass casualty training event, at Fort A.P Hill, Va., Feb. 16. The event occurred during the unit's aerial gunnery exercise, whose mission was to not only qualify air crews but conduct additional training, such as a mass casualty exercise, convoy operations and base defense operations.
