First Sgt. Anthony Childs, 1st Battalion, 518th Infantry Regiment, 98th Training Division (IET), demonstrates the position of parade rest to future Soldiers in the Army and Army Reserve at the Reserve Center in Asheville, N.C., Feb. 20, 2016.
