During some down time in the competition, Sgt. 1st Class Catalina Blackman cleans her M4 rifle. She was one of 10 Soldiers participating in the District of Columbia National Guard State Marksmanship competition, Feb. 26-28 at Fort A.P. Hill, Va. Soldiers competed for an opportunity to represent the District of Columbia National Guard in marksmanship competitions to include the 45th Annual Winston P. Wilson Marksmanship Competition later this year in Arkansas.
