Members of the 4th Space Operations Squadron celebrate the 15th anniversary of Milstar Flight 4 Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado. Flight 4 surpassed its design life of 10 years and continues to provide users new capabilities such as secure video teleconferences, target data and intelligence transmissions at much faster rates.
