Chaplain Keith Ethridge, associate director with the National Veteran Affairs Chaplain Center, begins the training discussion at the Rural Clergy Training Program, a train-the-trainer seminar sponsored by the U.S. Army Reserve Command chaplain office, in collaboration with the National VA Chaplain Center, at the Family Readiness Group Convention Center, Pope Army Airfield, N.C., March 2, 2016.
