160308-N-NE195-009 CHINHAE, Republic of Korea (March 8, 2016) - Builder 3rd Class Brian Hawkins, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and a Republic of Korea (ROK) Seabee, lower a 75-pound concrete block up a flight of stairs to deconstruct a portable pier during the 2016 Foal Eagle joint training exercise in Chinhae, Republic of Korea, March 8. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea component commands. Approximately 10,600 U.S. forces will participate in the exercise, with ROK forces from major ROK units representing all services also participating.
