160219-N-YM440-005 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. (Feb. 19, 2016) Six Nepalese operators and maintainers train at Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS). The international students are attending five separate NAVSCIATTS’ courses of instruction in support of both the tactical employment and the sustainment of increased partner nation capacity and capability. Nepal is now the 107th partner nation to participate in training at the school. NAVSCIATTS is U.S. Special Operations Command’s International Center specializing in mobile and in-resident training across the tactical, operational and strategic spectra strengthening partner nation capabilities and capacity.
