Wounded Afghan civilians are brought to Camp Dwyer, Helmand province, Afghanistan, to be treated by 1st Medical Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 7, Jan. 15. A walking blood drive was activated by the battalion to suffice the amount of blood needed during surgery on one Afghan civilian.
