NAVAL BASE KITSAP-BREMERTON, Wash. (March 11, 2016) –Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Rya Ramsey, a native of Omaha, Neb., applies insulating lagging to a chill water pipe on board the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). Nimitz is currently undergoing an extended planned incremental maintenance availability at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, where the ship is receiving scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
