GREAT LAKES, Ill. (February 8, 2016) – Retired Chief Dental Technician Greg Fayfar, Navy Science Instructor (NSI) of the East Aurora (Ill.) High School Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC), pins lieutenant bars on the collar of newly promoted Lt. Kimberly Rios during her promotion ceremony in the rotunda of historic building 1 here, Feb. 8. Fayfar was Rios’ NSI in 2003 and 2004 when she was a member of the unit. (U. S.
