Army Reserve Soldiers Lt. Col. F. Lee Reynolds and Sgt. 1st Class Joseph Williams, both from Los Angeles, accept a plaque and yellow banner on behalf of the 222nd Broadcast Operations Detachment, March 22. The 222nd BOD, from Los Angeles, just returned from an eleven month tour in Iraq. While overseas, the detachment produced news segments, public service announcements and radio shows to both inform and entertain the thousands of other service members performing missions in Iraq.
