Master Sgt. Greg Clancy (left) and Sgt. 1st Class Brett Meredith work togeteher to secure specialized rigging to a sling point on a U.S. Coast Guard MH-60T "Jayhawk" helicopter that crashed, March 3, approximately 50 miles east of Salt Lake City. The Colorado National Guard successfully recovered the boom and the 15,700 pound fuselage in a daring three-hour high-altitude salvage operation using a CH-47 Chinook helicopter and a specialized 150-foot long remote controlled cable.
