Seabees of NMCB 4 have taken this opportunity to teach Republic of Korea children how to read, write and speak proper english during Exercise Foal Eagle. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea component commands.
