YOKIJIDO ISLAND, Republic of Korea (Mar. 31, 2016) - At the Won Yang Elementary School in Yokjido Island, Republic of Korea, a student places a rehearsal mask onto Builder 1st Class Oscar Barba, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, Mar. 31, during Exercise Foal Eagle. Seabees of NMCB 4 have taken this opportunity to teach South Korean children how to read, write and speak proper english. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea component commands. Approximately 10,600 U.S. forces will participate in the exercise, with ROK forces from major ROK units representing all services also participating.
