Maj. Gen. James E. Rogers, commanding general of 1st Theater Sustainment Command based in Fort Bragg, N.C., receives an award from Gary J. Luca, the postmaster of the United States Postal Service office of Ayer, Mass., during Silver Scimitar 2010, March 28. Rogers, who assumed command of the 1st TSC Aug. 28, 2008, is a West Point graduate and has a Master's Degree in Industrial and Operational Engineering from the University of Michigan.
