FORT FISHER, N.C. — North Carolina Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Kenneth Beard (far right), the assistant adjutant general-sustainment, and Command Sgt. Maj. John Cole, of the 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, form a triangular formation to pass the brigade colors (flag) to Col.
