160617-N-QP351-001 Montego Bay, JAMAICA (June 17, 2016) Reserve Sailors from U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) greet a sailor from the Enhanced Naval Boarding Party with Maritime Tactical Operations Group from Victoria, British Columbia, to collaborate with Military and police forces from 20 partner nations participating in Tradewinds Phase II Field Exercise held June 20-28 in Jamaica. Tradewinds 2016 is a joint, combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
