A member of the Croatian Army Engineering Horizontal Construction Company works together with a member of the 851st Vertical Engineering Company out of Camp Ripley, Minn., to mount tiles during a renovation and remodel of a primary school in Karlovac, Croatia on June 20, 2016. other members of the 851 VEC are joined with members from the Minnesota Air National Guard 133rd and 148th Civil Support Squadrons along with the Croatian Army Engineering Horizontal Construction Company to repair and to rebuild parts of a primary school in Karlovac, Croatia.
